Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
For a standard return, products must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the applicable original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
For standard returns and exchanges, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Enrois will cover the applicable return shipping cost where the request is approved.
Exchanges are available, but the original product must first be returned and meet the applicable return requirements before the exchange can be completed.
Once a returned product reaches our return facility, it is generally inspected within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Enrois does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
